Drinkwitz gets 2024 commitment from three-star defensive tackle; fourth of the weekend

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

The commitments just keep rolling in this weekend for head Mizzou football coach Eli Drinkwitz. On Sunday, three-star defensive tackle Justin Bodford announced his commitment to MU, becoming the fourth 2024 recruit to do so in the last three days.

The 6-foot, 292-pound prospect had some other Power Five offers from Georgia Tech, West Virginia, Louisville, Pitt, Syracuse and Wake Forest.

In his junior campaign at St. Thomas Aquinas in South Florida, Bodford recorded 25 tackles, six tackles for loss, and four sacks.

This marks four 2024 commits in three days and seven total for the class.
