Tracking drying conditions after the soggy weekend

Today: Partly to mostly sunny with milder temperatures. We start the day cool in the 50s, highs only reach the mid to lower 70s.

Tonight: Lows fall to near 60 with clearer skies. Winds remain light and gradually shift from north to west.

Extended: Tuesday marks the beginning of the warming trend that lasts through the rest of the week. We'll touch the low 80s on Tuesday, and see mid to upper 80s the rest of the week. The next chance for rain isn't until Thursday night into Friday, and these chances are fairly scattered. The best chance for rainfall in the extended forecast is Saturday into Sunday, but once again the moisture content in these systems is lacking, meaning it likely won't help our drought conditions too much.
