Tracking a soggy Sunday, drier for the week

Today: Low pressure over the area will keep showers going through the early afternoon, before a cold front begins to cut rain chances off from north to south. Rain will still linger into the evening bringing totals to 0.5" to 1" or higher in isolated areas. Temperatures reach the mid-70s under clouds.

Tomorrow: Much drier to start the week with only a few clouds lingering. Highs remain milder in the 70s thanks to northerly winds.

Extended: Monday will be our last day in the 70s before working our way back into the high 80s by the end of the week. Along with these warming temperatures we're seeing dry conditions almost every day, with the exception of brief showers in the middle of the week. A more active pattern is developing next weekend that could bring more needed rainfall.
