Tracking another round of pop-up storms to end the week

Today: Lows remain mild in the upper 60s with partly cloudy skies. Temperatures warm quickly near, if not reaching, 90 degrees. This heat could trigger more isolated storms in the afternoon and evening but downpours will be brief.

Tonight: Storms come to an end after sundown as we lose heating, and lows fall to the lower end of the 60s with fewer clouds.

Extended: Highs warm into the lower 90s this weekend as dewpoints decrease meaning much of the muggy feel from the last few days exits. Temperatures remain stagnant just below 90 degrees into next week with chances of isolated showers and storms once again through Tuesday.
