Some government offices to close Monday for Truman’s birthday

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KMIZ)

Some government offices in Mid-Missouri will be closed Monday in observance of President Harry S Truman’s birthday.

Jefferson City announced in a Wednesday press release that city offices will be closed Monday. City offices will resume a normal schedule Tuesday.

Boone County offices will also be closed for Truman Day, according its office closing list.

Cole County and City of Columbia offices will remain open.
