West Ash Street to close between Hirth and Sanford Avenues May 10 for tree removal
COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)
West Ash Street will be closed 7 a.m.-5 p.m. Wednesday, May 10, between Hirth and Sanford avenues as a tree will be removed by private companies, according to a press release from the city.
The closure will affect both lanes and the sidewalk.
Barricades will be placed on West Ash Street between Hirth Avenue and Sanford Avenue, the release stated. Detour signs will be present.
Motorists traveling north on Bicknell Street will be unable to access West Ash Street and should instead use West Walnut Street and Aldeah Avenue, the release stated.
