D’Moi Hodge earns invite to Reese’s Division I All-Star Game
COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)
Mizzou standout D'moi Hodge earned an invite to the Reese's Division I All-Star Game, after a historic graduate season in Columbia.
The game is exclusively for seniors and graduate students who have used their final year of eligibility. Hodge will represent the East All-Star Team on Friday, March 31 at 3:30 p.m. The game will tip off at NRG Stadium in Houston.
He is one of two SEC players to be featured in the game, along with Texas A&M's Dexter Dennis.
Hodge was a part of a historic Tiger team in 2022-23 for head coach Dennis Gates' first year in Columbia. He finished second on the team with about 14 points per game, set a new school record with 91 steals and became just the fifth Mizzou player to hit 100 3-pointers in a single season.
The British Virgin Islands native was named to the SEC All-Tournament team after MU appeared in its first-ever SEC Tournament semifinals in Nashville. He also finished the year as a finalist for the Lefty Driesell Defensive Player of the Year.
Hodge and the 2022-23 MU team finished with 25 wins and a second round appearance in the NCAA Tournament.
