Sex offender arrested in Lake Ozark, charged with failure to register
CAMDENTON, Mo. (KMIZ)
A Camden County man has been charged with failure to register as a sex offender.
Nathaniel Lofland, 42, is being held without bond at the Camden County Jail. An initial court appearance was held Thursday. A bond hearing is set for 8:30 a.m. Thursday, March 9 at the Camden County Courthouse.
Camden County Sheriff’s Office deputies, Lake Ozark police and Lake Area Narcotics Enforcement task force officer conducted a residence check Tuesday on Wren Road in Lake Ozark to serve an arrest warrant for probation violation.
Deputies advised Lofland of his arrest warrant and took him into custody. He allegedly had not updated his registered address from the one he had on file in Gravois Mills.
Lofland is on supervised probation for a 2018 charge for failure to register as a sex offender. A bond hearing is listed on Casenet for Friday. A probation violation hearing is set for 8:30 a.m. Wednesday.
