Cole County Sheriff’s Department makes arrest for vandalism in Russellville

RUSSELLVILLE, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Cole County Sheriff’s Department said in a Friday press release that it arrested a man allegedly connected to vandalism in Russellville.

The 21-year-old Russellville man was arrested Friday morning in the 4900 block of Marion Street. The man was not named in the press release.

The Department had multiple complaints of vandalism in the Russellville area. The press release states someone painted painting graffiti on multiple buildings in the downtown area, including property owned by the U.S. Postal Service.

The man allegedly confessed to damaging property, according to the release.
