BOILING SPRINGS, N.C. — Led by Anthony Selden’s 15 points, the Gardner-Webb Runnin’ Bulldogs defeated the Presbyterian Blue Hose 56-48. The Runnin’ Bulldogs are now 13-11 on the season, while the Blue Hose dropped to 5-20.
