Tracking rain chances tonight
THURSDAY: Clouds return but the mild temperatures stick around with highs reaching the low to mid 50s again.
TONIGHT: Some of our southeastern counties pick up a chance of light showers overnight. Lows will fall into the mid to upper 30s.
EXTENDED: This system looks to bring some colder air in addition to those rain chances. If we can hang on to moisture into Friday night, we could see a brief change over to some snow showers. Accumulations will be hard to come by but it will be cooler with highs Friday afternoon only managing the low 40s. Breezy northwest winds will set up on the backside of this system, which will keep temperatures in the upper 30s Saturday, but warming on Sunday into the upper 40s to near 50. We're tracking another disturbance that could develop early next week that looks to bring precipitation chances back Monday night into Tuesday.
