Flanagan scores 16, Wichita State tops South Florida 70-66

TAMPA, Fla. — Melvion Flanagan scored 16 points off of the bench to help lead the Wichita State Shockers over the South Florida Bulls 70-66 on Sunday. The Shockers are now 8-8 on the season, while the Bulls moved to 7-9.
