Tracking falling afternoon temperatures

Today: Temperatures have already hit their maximum before noon just above 60 degrees thanks to winds still remaining out of the southwest. Gust up to 25 MPH can be expected this afternoon making for a breezy day.

Tonight: Overnight lows cool to near freezing as winds switch out of the west overnight leading to a cooler breeze.

Extended: Temperatures look to fall more in pattern for early January throughout the rest of the week into this upcoming weekend. Skies look to remain partly cloudy with chances of scattered showers appearing once again beginning Saturday.
