Marshall schools to dismiss early again Thursday

Marshall Public Schools dismissed students at 1 p.m. Wednesday and will dismiss at 12:30 p.m. Thursday because of the heat, according to the school district’s transportation director.

The school district said a heating and HVAC unit needs repairs, and it is unclear when it will be fixed.
