Two cars catch fire after gas tanks explode
No one was hurt on Wednesday morning after two vehicles caught fire when their gas tanks exploded just north of Columbia.
The fire initially happened at 7707 N. Sharidan Blvd. A nearby apartment complex also had outside damage due to the fire, said Boone County fire officials on scene.
