Tracking chances of rain this week

Today: Afternoon highs warm into the mid 50s this afternoon as winds remain out of the southwest at 4-8 mph. Skies remain partly cloudy.

Tonight: Overnight lows cool to the upper 30s due to a weak passing cold front. Winds switch briefly out of the north leading to a cooler breeze.

Extended: Chances of scattered showers increase into Tuesday as highs only warm into the mid-40s. Chances of rain continue to increase heading towards Thursday where scattered showers become widespread. highest rainfall totals look to fall on Thursday as highs meander into the lower 50s. Rainfall totals range anywhere from 0.5"-1.5" during this period of time before more chances of showers reappear Saturday night into Sunday.
