Phelps County boy thrown from ATV
A 10-year-old boy has serious injuries after he was thrown off an ATV in Phelps County Friday night.
Highway Patrol troopers report William Schnedler was driving the vehicle near County Road 1090 when he lost control.
He was ejected from the bike and into a barbed wire fence.
He was flown to Children’s Hospital in St. Louis.
