Vehicle catches fire in Boone County
Members of the Boone County Fire Protection District responded to a vehicle fire Monday night.
Crews were sent to the 7800 block of Highway VV around 7:45 p.m., according to online dispatch records. When fire officials arrived on scene, the vehicle was fully involved in the fire, said Boone County Fire Bureau Director Gale Blomenkamp.
The cause of the fires was still under investigation Tuesday morning. No one was hurt in the fire.
The Boone County Sheriff’s Department also responded to the fire.
ABC 17 News saw a burned van at the scene.
