Rain and gusty winds arrive early Saturday

TONIGHT: Clouds gradually increase tonight with lows falling into the low 50s. We’re dry overnight with winds out of the southeast.

SATURDAY: Showers arrive after 6AM and exit Mid-Missouri before noon. Gusty winds linger through the afternoon, with peak gusts up to 45 mph. Highs reach the low 70s.

EXTENDED: Sunday is dry and cooler, with partly sunny skies and highs in the low 60s. Showers and thunderstorms arrive late and last into Monday. Next week will be very active with showers and thunderstorms possible each day. Heavy rain could cause flooding issues on rivers and streams with 2-4″ total rainfall possible.
