KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KMIZ)

After trailing by 17 points at one point in Monday night's game, the Kansas City Chiefs completed the comeback in the second half for the 30-29 over the Las Vegas Raiders.

In the second quarter, the Raiders were up 17-0, but the Chiefs offense ignited with a Patrick Mahomes touchdown pass to tight end Travis Kelce. The duo connected quite a bit in the win, as Kelce tied the franchise record with four touchdowns on the night.

Kelce's third touchdown gave Kansas City the 24-20 lead over Las Vegas in the third quarter. The Raiders kept it close until the final minutes, but in the end KC just edged out its AFC rival.

Mahomes finished the game with 292 yards and four touchdowns. Kelce ended up with 25 yards on seven receptions and four touchdowns.

Wide receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling actually was the leader for KC with 90 yards on six receptions on Monday night.

With the win, Kansas City improved to 4-1 on the season and is still unbeaten in AFC West action.

Up next - the Chiefs will host the Bills at Arrowhead Stadium on Oct. 16 at 3:25 p.m.
