Woman gets serious injuries in Cooper County crash

A St. Peters woman got serious injuries Sunday morning when her car went off the road on I-70 just after 10:30 a.m. near the 95.6 mile marker.

Troopers said 58-year-old Felicita Moran was driving east when her car went off the road and overturned.

They did not provide a reason for why she went off the road, but she was wearing a seat belt.

She was taken to University Hospital with serious injuries.
