Columbia roads are wet but not slick

Rain is wetting roads in downtown Columbia, but slickness is not an issue yet.

According to ABC 17 Stormtrack meteorologist Kevin Schneider, roads may be ok during the day as ground temperatures may still be warm enough to hold off what could be “moderate snowfall rates.”

As of 6 a.m. Sunday, cars may not have a difficult time driving on roads. But the rain could cause issue with seeing roadways.
