One person hurt in rollover crash Friday night
One person was injured in a rollover crash Friday night, according to officials with the Boone County Fire Protection District.
The crash happened on the I-70 off-ramp at Route Z around 7:15 p.m.
The Boone County Fire Protection District said in a tweet that its members and members of the Columbia Fire Department removed one patient and a dog from the wreckage.
Officials said the vehicle was on its side when firefighters arrived at the scene.
One patient was taken to the hospital with moderate injuries and the dog is doing well, officials said.
