Columbia police find evidence of shots fired on 7th Street

Columbia police are investigating what led up to a shooting just before 1:30 a.m. Sunday in the 100 block of Seventh Street.

According to police, they found evidence of a shooting and began to canvass the area.

They spoke with witnesses and collected several statements.

There were no reports of injuries or property damage.

ABC 17 News has reached out to police to confirm if this was north or south 7th Street.
