The Boone County Sheriff’s Department has confirmed that the shooting in Ashland on Friday was a murder-suicide. Boone County deputies identified the victims in a deadly overnight shooting in Ashland as 42-year-old Travis J. Parker and 36-year-old Jessica Willits.
