William Woods University sells land to Aldi

FULTON, Mo. (KMIZ)

William Woods University in Fulton announced in a Wednesday press release that it has sold 2.9 acres of land to Aldi.

The area of land sold is near the intersection of University Avenue and Business 54 in Fulton, the release states. The grocery store chain plans to begin construction near the end of April, with an opening date slated for “early 2025,” the release states.

William Woods – as part of the transaction – will close the entrance at that intersection to all outside traffic, the release states.
