COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ) -

The man accused of shooting University of Missouri running back Ahmad Hardy and another man is back in a Mississippi jail.

Rashodrick Harris, 20, is now listed on the Jones County Jail roster. Those records show he was booked on May 25 around 10 p.m.

Harris was arrested on May 15 in Paducah, Kentucky on suspicion of shooting two people at a party in Laurel, Mississippi earlier that month and charged with two counts of aggravated assault. One of those victims, Hardy, was shot in the leg, according to Laurel police. Hardy has since come back to Columbia to start rehabilitating his injury.

Harris is being held on a $500,000 bond, Sgt. Macon Davis of the Laurel Police Department told ABC 17 News. Harris could post 10 percent of the bond with a bondsman for release, Davis said. A grand jury will hear the case next to decide whether or not to indict Harris, which would move his case to circuit court.
