Tracking scattered showers and storms this evening, some severe
TONIGHT: Scattered showers and thunderstorms. Some may be strong with gusty winds near the Lake of the Ozarks and points south of Highway 50. Otherwise mostly cloudy with lows in the low 50s.
TOMORROW: Partly to mostly cloudy and cool. Highs in the low 60s.
EXTENDED: We're in for a cooler than average week with northwest upper level flow, bringing temperatures down into the upper 30s to low 40s for lows, and highs in the low to mid-60s. We'll see another disturbance slide in from the north on Wednesday, bringing a chance of rain early in the day. A more defined system will take shape and move into Mid-Missouri on Thursday, bringing a chance of rain through Friday morning. The weekend looks quiet to start with more sunshine on Saturday and highs in the lower 60s. Another shot at rain is possible by Sunday afternoon.
