Tracking fog, rain, and a few storms Friday

TONIGHT: _Partly cloudy with patchy fog developing by morning. Lows in the low 50s.

FRIDAY: Fog early, then widespread showers and thunderstorms through the day and night. Rain amounts up to once inch. Highs in the mid-upper 60s.

EXTENDED: The cold front responsible for rain and storms on Friday will pass to our east on Saturday, but a few showers wrapping around low pressure may linger into the first half of the day with cloudy skies expected most of Saturday. Highs will be about 10 degrees cooler than normal in the upper 50s to low 60s. Clouds finally clear Saturday night, giving us lows in the 40s and more sunshine for Sunday. Sunday is warmer with highs in the upper 60s. Next week looks mild with temperatures in the upper 60s and low 70s, and our next rain chance could arrive by next Tuesday.
