Tracking mostly dry and sunny weather to start the week

TONIGHT: I'm tracking mostly clear sky conditions as temperatures drop into the low 50s by the end of the night. Winds will be out of the northeast at 5-7 mph.

TOMORROW: I'm tracking a mix of clouds and sunshine throughout the day as temperatures get into the upper 70s by the afternoon. Winds will be out of the east at 5-10 mph with gusts up to 15 mph.

EXTENDED: I'm tracking a small potential (20%) to see isolated rain throughout Monday afternoon as temperatures once again get into the mid to upper 70s. Tuesday-Thursday will start the warming trend as upper 70s to mid 80s will be expected with plentiful sunshine lasting until Thursday afternoon. Another small chance for showers and storms (20%) will be seen Thursday and Friday, but slightly better potential (30%) will arrive on Saturday.
