Tracking warm, breezy conditions before cooler weather returns
TONIGHT: I'm tracking clouds beginning to enter the area with breezy winds out of the south at 12-18 mph and gusts up to 25 mph. These stronger southerly winds will keep temperatures from dropping below the low 50s by the end of the night.
TOMORROW: I'm tracking temperatures rebounding into the low 80s by the afternoon hours with the help of strong southerly winds at 15-20 mph and gusts up to 30 mph. A partly cloudy sky can be expected throughout the majority of the day.
EXTENDED: I'm tracking a cooler start to the week after isolated rain chances early Monday morning. By the afternoon, it will only warm up into the mid 60s as cloud cover sticks around. Temperatures gradually warm into the upper 60s by Wednesday, but shower and storm chances take over the region by Wednesday night. These will last throughout Thursday morning before a brief break in rain chances. This doesn't last long though as the potential for showers and storms makes another return for the weekend.
