Tracking frost to kick off the week, mid-week light rain possible

TONIGHT: Mostly clear and cold with lows near the freezing mark. Cover any sensitive plants overnight as frost develops.

TOMORROW: Mostly sunny and cool with north winds keeping temperatures in the mid-50s.

EXTENDED: Skies are finally clearing out after a dreary weekend, but as winds become more light tonight under clear skies, frost is expected to develop. Any sensitive plants should be brought inside or covered the next two nights as Tuesday morning could fall into the upper 20s. We'll begin to warm up on Wednesday as a warm front lifts in from the south, increasing temperatures to the upper 60s. We'll see a chance of showers between Wednesday and Thursday as the associated cold front moves through, but rain amounts are expected to be under 0.25". We'll end the week on a mild note as upper high pressure begins to build, increasing highs to near 70 by Saturday.
