TOMORROW: Mostly sunny and breezy with highs in the lower 50s.
EXTENDED: A strong low pressure system is working through the region tonight, continuing to bring strong winds between 50-55 mph through early Thursday morning. Showers are expected to move in and eventually turn over to snow briefly, accumulating to a dusting to a half an inch of snow on the grass before sunrise. Thursday is chilly with gusty winds out of the northwest, keeping temperatures around the 50 degree mark. Friday is a bit warmer as winds shift back to the southwest, sending temperatures back into the low 60s. There's a chance for a couple spotty showers Friday night as a cold front works through, with more sunshine expected on Saturday. By Saturday night, another more organized system will bring widespread rain and a few storms through Sunday afternoon. Rain amounts will be around 0.5" to 0.75". The start of next week looks dry with temperatures reaching the upper 50s to low 60s.
