Tracking impactful snow and a stretch of arctic air
TODAY: Some will see snow Monday morning, through midday. This will mostly be areas along and north of I-70. This is where we could see 1-2 inches of snow, primarily near Marshall, Brunswick, Macon, and Moberly, with lesser totals south and east. Highs remain in the 20s, with clouds elsewhere.
TONIGHT: More snow returns Monday night into Tuesday morning. Temperatures fall into the single digits, with enough wind to have us feeling subzero.

We'll have accumulating snow on the order of 6 or more inches for some in the south, with several inches at least possible areawide come Tuesday night, after a day of snowfall and highs in the teens. Snowfall will wrap up Wednesday morning, leaving us dry and cloudy, with highs in the teens. The cold sticks around Through Friday morning, with single digits temperatures each morning teens in the afternoons. The coldest morning may be Thursday, with lows below zero, and a high in the teens. Then, more mild air returns Friday afternoon. Highs are expected in the 20s Friday, 30s Saturday, and 40s Sunday.
