Tracking a warm and windy weekend

TODAY: Warm and mostly sunny with highs approaching 70 degrees. Winds steadily increase through the day, gusting above 20 mph in the afternoon.

TOMORROW: Temperatures soar to the low 80s on Sunday as southerly winds increase to 30 mph.

EXTENDED: Low rain chances are possible early Monday as a cold front moves through the region, but many will stay dry, and rain amounts are light. Temperatures drop back closer to average in the 60s for a couple of days behind that, but another warmup kicks in later in the week, with rain chances increasing again by Wednesday.
