Frost threatens sensitive vegetation tonight

THIS AFTERNOON: Sunny & breezy. It will feel chilly at times. Temperatures will hold in the mid-to-upper 50s with winds up to 30 mph at times.

TONIGHT: High pressure settles overhead, relaxing winds and leading to a chilly night. Low temperatures will fall into the low to mid 30s. Frost is likely, especially in rural locales by tomorrow morning. Protect cold-sensitive vegetation if possible!

EXTENDED: Saturday recovers nicely after a cold start into the low 60's. Rain chances look like they'll clip the northern half of the viewing area Saturday night into Sunday morning. Most of that activity should move out in time for any outdoor plans on Mother's Day Sunday, with highs near 60. Rain chances will be around on Monday, but there's a chance we stay dry all day. From about Tuesday on, those rain chances become a little better.
