Storms possible Sunday morning, dry and cool afternoon

TONIGHT: Clouds will build overnight. Temperatures fall into the upper 50s. Storms look like they'll stay away until at least sunrise. Storms will fire close to the Lake of the Ozarks by 7am and increase through 10am before quickly moving out.

SUNDAY: Some storms tomorrow could produce gusty winds or small hail. But the main severe threat will likely be out of the viewing area. Partly cloudy skies and cooler weather can be expected throughout the afternoon.

EXTENDED: Another round of storms is likely Monday morning. This poses a greater threat for severe weather across the viewing area. Strong wind gusts and large hail could be possible between 10am-3pm on Monday. Another chance of spotty storms is possible Tuesday with temperatures cooling off through the end of the week.
