Fulton man arrested for child pornography after investigation began in 2019

FULTON, Mo. (KMIZ)

Fulton Police arrested a man after a year long investigation into child pornography.

Officials say a domestic disturbance call came in on Oct. 24, 2019 that began the investigation.

According to the Fulton PD release, officials report that Kirk Buffington maybe in possession of child pornography and several electronics were seized.

On 11/13/2020 the Fulton Police Department arrested Buffington on those allegations and transported him to the Callaway County Jail.

Buffington is charged with five counts of possession of child pornography.

Buffington is currently at the Callaway County Jail being held without bond.
