COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

University of Missouri students will be leading off the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade Thursday morning.

Marching Mizzou will be the first of 12 bands in the lineup. Members have spent the week in New York City ahead of the parade, which will start at 9 a.m.

The band will be performing a version of Mizzou alumna Sheryl Crow’s song "All I Wanna Do."

The 350 members left on Sunday and will be returning in time for the Mizzou football team’s game against Arkansas on Friday. Kickoff time will be 2:30 p.m. at Faurot Field.
