A Miller County man was arrested Sunday after allegedly kidnapping and assaulting the victim.

According to court documents, Roger Wimberley and the victim were watching Youtube videos overnight Sunday when the victim attempted to leave but Wimberley stopped the victim.

Court documents state Wimberley slapped the victim then attempted to strangle the victim.

The victim was able to get to the car but didn't have keys to getaway. Wimberley told the victim that he was going to unlock the car and force the victim back into the residence until "he knew what to do with her," according to court documents.

Wimberley then took a shotgun and pointed it at the victims' face and pushed her out a window according to court documents.

The court has issued a $150,000 bond for Wimberley.
