LAKE OZARK, Mo. (KMIZ)

A real estate agent accused of trying to hire someone to kill her former mother-in-law is now accused of violating her bond conditions again.

Leigh Ann Bauman is charged with conspiracy to commit a felony. Part of her bond includes GPS monitoring.

New court documents claim Bauman left her home Wednesday from 9:42 a.m. to 10:26 a.m.

She was scheduled to appear in court last month after violating her parole for drinking.

Her court appearance was pushed back to July after her lawyer said she was in rehab.
