Columbia teenager arrested in connection with Wednesday shots-fired call

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Columbia teenager was arrested on Tuesday in connection with a shots-fired call in the 4700 block of Silver Salmon Way, according to a press release from the Columbia Police Department.

Police wrote that a man fired a gun toward a home. Elijah Butler, 18, was arrested on suspicion of first-degree property damage, first-degree stalking, unlawful use of a weapon and armed criminal action.

Charges have not yet appeared on Casenet. Butler was not listed on the Boone County Jail’s online roster on Tuesday night.
