A man has been charged with multiple child sex crimes after allegedly assaulting two children.

Isaac Owen Griffith, 18, is charged with two counts of first-degree sodomy and two counts of first-degree child molestation.

He is being held at the Cooper County Jail on a $200,000 bond. Griffith was booked into the jail on Wednesday.

The probable cause statement indicates the assaults occurred at Griffith's residence in Boonville. His address is listed as Franklin, Missouri, on Casenet. The probable cause statement says a family member described him as homeless, but was living with a family member in Boonville.

On June 26, the victims’ father reported to police that they told him they were assaulted while in Griffith’s care, according to the probable cause statement. The children described the assaults to police in a forensic interview.

Griffith denied the allegations to police and claimed the children had an encounter with his dog, according to the probable cause statement.
