COLE COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

Three Jefferson City children and a woman suffered minor injuries in a one-vehicle crash Tuesday night in the 5000 block of Roling Road.

A RAVE alert was issued for the crash at 11:24 p.m. to say traffic would be delayed in the area. The crash occurred at 11 p.m. and traffic was back to normal by 12:21 a.m. Wednesday, according to the alert.

The crash occurred as a 1998 Chevrolet 1500 – driven by Antigone Pirritano, 25, of Jefferson City – was heading southbound on Roling Road, went off the right side of the roadway and hit several trees, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report.

Pirritano and three children – a 4-year-old boy, 1-year-old girl and a girl younger than 1 – suffered minor injuries and were brought to University Hospital by ambulance. All were either wearing seatbelts or secured in safety devices, according to the crash report.

The truck was totaled.
