Crash blocks I-70 near Rocheport bridge

BOONE COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A crash blocked the eastbound lanes of Interstate 70 near the Rocheport bridge on Wednesday afternoon.

Boone County Joint Communications said that both lanes were blocked near mile marker 113 around 2:18 p.m. Officials urged drivers to avoid the area.

Kyle Green with Troop F of the Missouri State Highway Patrol said that no one was injured in the wreck.

A MoDOT camera showed traffic backing up in the eastbound lanes.
