Boone County crash blocks lane of Highway 63

BOONE COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A crash blocked at least one lane of Highway 63 in Boone County on Wednesday afternoon.

According to online dispatch records, the Boone County Fire Protection District responded to the crash in the northbound lanes at Highway 124 at 1:48 p.m.

The Boone County Fire Protection District tells ABC 17 News that two cars were involved in the crash. One of the vehicles rolled over, trapping two people and two dogs inside. Medics were attending to one person pulled from the car that rolled over.

Boone County Joint Communications said in a tweet that one driving lane of Highway 63 was closed.
