Correction: Bibles In School-Oklahoma story

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — In an Oct. 8 story about Oklahoma’s efforts to purchase Bibles for public schools, The Associated Press misspelled the name of an Oklahoma State Department of Education spokesman. His name is Dan Isett, not Issett. The story also misattributed details about changes to the purchasing proposal and a quote beginning, “Unfortunately, there have been false reports…” to Isett. The quote and details should have been attributed to a department news release.
