Kansas woman injured in Morgan County crash Saturday afternoon

MORGAN COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Kansas woman was injured after her pickup truck hit a fence in Morgan County Saturday afternoon.

According to a crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 43-year-old woman from Paola, Kansas was driving a 1999 Ford Ranger on Missouri Route 135 at Big Buffalo Road at 4:45 p.m.

The truck went off the right side of the road and the woman hit a fence and a tree, the crash report says.

She was flown to University Hospital with serious injuries.

The report states she was wearing a seatbelt when the crash occurred.
