CALLAWAY COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

Two people were killed early Tuesday morning after a house fire at Potawatomi Campgrounds just outside of Fulton city limits.

According to the Callaway County Sheriff's Office, multiple fire departments and Callaway County deputies responded to a home off Bartley Lane for a fire that had spread to include the entire house.

Two people were found dead inside the home along with an unknown number of dogs, according to the Sheriff's Office.

The names of the victims have not been released.
