Johnson scores 17, East Carolina beats Wichita State 79-69

WICHITA, Kan. — Led by Brandon Johnson’s 17 points, the East Carolina Pirates defeated the Wichita State Shockers 79-69 on Saturday night. The Pirates are now 10-5 on the season, while the Shockers moved to 7-7.
